- Implementing Onyx ERP application at the client’s site.
- Participates in training staff members on the client’s site.
- Analyzes customer needs, business processes reported problems, and reports to solve problems in the products.
- Follow up with the clients in training and customization delivery.
- Delivers technical training to newly hired support staff.
- Collects and analyzes business and accounting requirements from the client.
- Works with the development department in testing and implementing new product features and customer requirements.
- Recommends new strategies and programs for customer support and satisfaction.
- Analyzes business process, design and implement business cycles and workflows.
- Responds to client inquiries concerning product operation and diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems.
- Instructs users on use of software products, and manuals.
- Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users.
- Refers major hardware/software problems to service personnel/development department for correction.
- Responsible for customer’s smooth operation on company products.
- Reports any and all problems which might affect total customer operation performance to customer’s management and to his manager.
- Help in testing the business processes and improve it internally to follow the standards.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge in accounting is must
- Good knowledge of business processes especially HR, Payroll and accounting modules
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
- Planning and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of business processes & accounting
- Previous experience in Onyx ERP Implementation
- Excellent analytical thinking skills.
- Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Business informatics, Computer Science or Engineering
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Knowledge of ERP cloud applications is a plus
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge in IT, Networking.
